If you need to exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team on the same day of receiving your order to initiate exchange process. You can reach us by email or phone, and our team will be happy to assist you.
  2. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 
  3. To ensure your satisfaction, we have a unique policy that requires an unboxing video be made for any proof of damaged product. This is to ensure that you always get what you paid for and that you can trust in the quality of our products. 
  4. We understand that shopping for clothing online can be difficult, so we provide detailed product descriptions and images to make sure that you are selecting the perfect item. All of our designs are carefully crafted with the utmost attention to detail. We also offer a no-return policy, so that only damaged products can be exchanged.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  6. Once we receive your exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Return Policy

Return Policy: Damaged Items Only with Package Opening Video Evidence

At Mehr-O-Maah, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. To ensure authenticity and efficiency in handling damaged item returns, we require package opening video evidence.

Eligibility for Return:

Only items arriving damaged or defective are eligible for return.

Return Conditions:

To initiate a return, please ensure:

1. The item is damaged or defective.
2. Package opening video evidence is provided (see requirements below).
3. The item is in its original packaging.
4. The damage is reported within 24hours of delivery.

Package Opening Video Requirements:

To validate the damaged item return, please record a clear, uninterrupted video:

1. Showing the package's outer condition before opening.
2. Opening the package and revealing the contents.
3. Clearly displaying the damaged item.

Video Requirements:

- File format: MP4 or MOV
- Resolution: 720p or higher
- Duration: Unedited, continuous footage
- Shared via mail and WhatsApp both.

Return Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service team via phone number or email to report the damage.
2. Provide order number, product name, and package opening video evidence.
3. Our team will assess the damage and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
4. Return the damaged item to [return address] within  24hours of approving the return.
5. Once received, we will inspect and replace or refund the item.

Refund/Replacement:

Upon verifying the damage:
1. Replacement: We will ship a new item of the same product and size.
2. Refund: We will refund the full amount paid for the damaged item.

Exceptions:

The following are not eligible for return:

1. Items that are not damaged or defective.
2. Items missing original packaging.
3. Items damaged during customer use.
4. Returns without package opening video evidence.
